The salon is inviting and always so clean. Everyone at Lux is friendly but more importantly from the top down there is... a genuine feeling of care and respect. So much creative talent ! Kasandra is the best!! She saved my dry hay hair !She rejuvenated it. I have been coming here for years now. I could go on and on. My best advice try Lux. You will never look back.read more

The massage I got today from J was incredible! It’s the best massage I’ve ever had. He made me feel at ease during the... whole process. They start with a foot bath where you can talk about areas to focus on and pressure level. You then go into your room to lay on the table. J made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He incorporated hot stones and stretches to work out right muscles. I can’t recommend him enough! They have a great online offer right now, $60 for 60 minutes!read more

I go to Lux Salon and Spa to see Julian who colors and cuts my hair. Not only are the products gentle on my fine hair,... but they provide a healing and relaxing environment with their treatments. Julian himself is a wonderful stylist and works with me to create a look that works with my hair type. He is always positive and warm.read more

I legitimately was waiting to review JOSH. He is the biggest sweetheart, REALLY listens and gives you his uptmost... attention and care. Has the most kindest softest disposition. Now onto his services: WOW. He has the most precise hands. I loved my massage and my haircut. It was beyond anything I could’ve imagined for a first time. I can’t describe how amazing his precision is with what he does with his hands! Go to Josh. But if you keep him too busy, I’ll cry if I can’t get an appointment!!read more

I scheduled for my hair to get dyed and cut. Unfortunately they did not have time to cut my hair so now I have to go... back later in the week which is super inconvenient. I was there for 4 hours and they still didn’t have time to finish the job because he other client had arrived. I feel like they should have made it a priority to finish what they said they were going to do. Also, my hair dye was not done how I wanted/what she explained she was going to do. So when I go back she is going to fix my hair color and cut my hair. I would definitely go back to the salon but would request a different hair stylist.read more

I love Alyssa ! She knows my skin very well and adjusts all the treatments and facials that my skin needs on each... session. Her consultations are on point and she guides me after every session on what I need to do till our next session. The Aveda salon itself is a bliss and the rooms smell of all the oils they use. The calmness and the ambiance of the rooms radiates each session and makes you very relaxed.read more

Carley is awesome! I always leave feeling refreshed! Everyone is super nice as soon as you walk in the door. Also, the... tea is so delicious! Everything is very professional and catered to your hair needs. They recommend products that would be beneficial to your hair, but never force you (or make you feel guilty) about not buying them. I love this salon and will keep coming to Carley for as long as I’m in the area!read more

I have been going to Lux for about 14 years now and I always have a great experience. Most recently I have been getting... my haircut by Carley and she is great! My hair always looks amazing after she does her magic and she is a really nice person to talk with. I do facials with Alyssa and it is always a wonderful experience. Ally puts a lot of effort into ensuring that her customers are comfortable and she is a great listener. Beyond skin, she shows a lot of concern for your well-being, and, honestly, is a really great person to spend an hour with. I highly recommend Lux with Carley and Ally!read more

Lux has my go-to people for spa and hair services: Alyssa for facials, Carley for hair and Mayra for massages. Each of... them are wonderful at what they do and are always very welcoming, professional and appreciative of their clients. I always leave feeling pampered. All three listen to their clients and have helped me tremendously with what I am wanting to achieve and maintain. My face has a marked decrease in the amount of dryness and I have seen a drastic change in lines near my eyes. My stress has decreased since I began my massage regimen. My hair is softer and more hydrated. I am very grateful for these three.read more

I’m a returning customer and continue to be impressed by the level of service the salon provides. I visited this... Saturday morning. As I walked in I was greeted by the friendly host, she asked if I wanted complimentary tea or water. James (my stylist) was waiting for me as I arrived as well. The salon was very busy but the staff had everything under control and the flow was great. James took great care of me as he always does and I left with zero disappointment. His work continues to impress me as I feel my cuts are getting better and better with each returning visit. The best salon experience ever! I’ve been going to James ( Artistic Director for Aveda) for a couple of decades and... have to traveled to see him not matter where I live. My hair looks amazing even up to the next appt day! True cut & color experts. What sets this experience apart from any other salon that each one of the stylist at Lux has been trained to provide exceptional, consistent service. Doesn’t matter who you see, everyone one of them caters your experience to meet your individual needs with the added touch of an Aveda neck massage and hand massage. Had appointment for facial with Carly. First I would like to thank you to the owners of Lux Aveda for hiring such... caring professional people. Every individual that I see at Lux Aveda in FULLERTON, CA cares about their customers. My facial with Carly was 1 hour and my skin is sensitive and Carly remembers all the particulars about my skin. She evaluates how my skin is whether dry or needs attention to specific areas. Carly is caring, beautiful and makes you feel pampered. I have never treated myself to a salon day. I Went for a new hairstyle. My husband died three years ago and felt it was... time for a change. Jacobie was super friendly. She gave me advice as to what would work best for my thick, long, curly hair. I was treated as a queen and told her so. One of a kind first time experience. My stylist was Joshua. I came in with a mop on my head and left with the best hair... I have ever had. My order was a cut that was versatile and professional. The result was even better than expected. Joshua was communicative throughout the cut without being too chatty. His precision and attention to detail was on a level I have never experienced prior to Lux Aveda Salon. I left the salon with renewed confidence and swagger.
