Our team at Lux is committed to furthering our professional and artistic skills through continued education and working experience. We have several stylist levels, which gives you options for an exceptional experience with gorgeous results at a price you are comfortable with. Your stylist will be happy to provide you with customized options for your service including an exact service cost during your consultation. Options for your service will include colour/style/cut, recommended home care, price, time spent in the salon and recommended upkeep. All of our colour services are priced based on several factors including duration of the service, length of hair, product usage, and stylist tenor.

Our intention is that you are completely satisfied with your hair services. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 7 days. (Anything beyond that may require addtional service charges.)

 

Any client arriving 10 minutes past their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
